Andrew Watt. President and CEO, has spent 26 years in the industry building contract staffing businesses in all sectors and in 30 countries. The last two roles included Global COO for Futurestep, a Korn Ferry
Company, and before that, 13 years as a senior executive at Kelly Services Inc., building out their professional staffing businesses globally, including Kelly IT Resources.
Andrew is a graduate of The University of New Haven and has taken executive courses at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education and MIT, Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Stefan Lalos. Executive Chairman, has spent the past 10 years of his career building ITSolutions LLC, which he sold in 2010. ITSolutions provides business management and technology consulting services to
government and private industry customers. Prior to that Stefan started his career at Booz Allen.
Stefan received his undergraduate degree from Clemson University and MBA from Cornell University.
